Was Donald Trump Involved in the Procurement of Underage Girls?

INTRODUCTION

The question of whether Donald Trump was involved in the procurement of underage girls—either directly or indirectly—has followed him for decades. His deep involvement in modeling and pageants, and close relationships with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, have raised serious and persistent concerns. While no court has found him guilty of related crimes, the facts—many of them on public record—force a blunt question: Was Trump simply a bystander, or was he complicit in creating and enabling systems that exploited underage girls?

TRUMP AND THE MODELING INDUSTRY

Trump Model Management (1999–2017)

Trump launched his own modeling agency, Trump Model Management, in 1999. The agency targeted young, often foreign teenage girls and placed them in Trump-owned apartments while docking their pay with excessive fees.

  • Jamaican model Alexia Palmer alleged she was paid $4,000 over two years while the agency earned over $200,000 from her work.

  • Reports and insider testimony show the agency frequently misused tourist visas, allowing underage girls to work illegally.

  • This placed Trump in a position of financial and physical control over vulnerable teenagers brought to the U.S. under promises of fame.

BEAUTY PAGEANTS AND TEEN ACCESS

Miss Universe, Miss USA, and Miss Teen USA (1996–2015)

Trump owned and operated these pageants, including Miss Teen USA, with contestants as young as 14.

  • Trump openly admitted on Howard Stern’s show that he walked into dressing rooms unannounced while contestants were changing:
“I’ll go backstage before a show, and everyone’s getting dressed. No men are anywhere. And I’m allowed to go in because I’m the owner.”

  • Tasha Dixon, Miss Arizona USA 2001, said Trump entered while “girls were naked or partially clothed.”

  • Bridget Sullivan, Miss New Hampshire 2000, confirmed similar behavior.

  • These actions reflect institutionalized access to underage and barely-legal girls in intimate settings.

CONNECTIONS TO EPSTEIN AND MAXWELL

Decades of Association

  • Trump and Epstein traveled in the same elite circles from the 1980s through the early 2000s.

  • In 2002, Trump told New York Magazine:
“I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with… It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”

  • Trump was photographed with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell on multiple occasions, including at Mar-a-Lago, modeling events, and private parties.

  • Flight records show Trump flew on Epstein’s private jet at least once. Maxwell was frequently on board.

Recruitment at Mar-a-Lago

  • Virginia Giuffre, then a 16-year-old working at the Mar-a-Lago spa, testified that Ghislaine Maxwell recruited her there.

  • Maxwell and Epstein groomed her for sexual abuse shortly after that meeting.

  • Mar-a-Lago, owned by Trump, was a known recruitment site in Epstein’s trafficking operation.

TEEN MODELING CONTESTS

In the early 1990s, Trump hosted modeling competitions like Elite’s “Look of the Year” at the Plaza Hotel. These events showcased girls as young as 14 in front of wealthy, older men.

  • Model Barbara Pilling recalls Trump approaching her at age 17 and telling her, “You’re going to be a star.”

These contests created environments where underage girls were routinely placed within arm’s reach of powerful men, including Trump.

TESTIMONY IN THE MAXWELL TRIAL

  • A victim referred to as “Jane” testified in 2021 that Epstein brought her to meet Trump at Mar-a-Lago when she was 14 years old.

  • She did not accuse Trump of abuse, but the meeting illustrates the close proximity between Trump and Epstein’s victims.

THE BREAKDOWN—OR CALCULATED DISTANCE?

Trump reportedly banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago after Epstein allegedly hit on a club member’s teenage daughter.

However, this occurred after years of public association, and only once Epstein’s behavior became legally risky. It’s unclear whether this was a moral stand or simply political damage control.

THE CENTRAL QUESTION:

Was Donald Trump a Facilitator of Underage Recruitment?

Trump owned the agencies, ran the pageants, controlled the venues, and socialized with Epstein and Maxwell—two of the most prolific sex traffickers in modern history. He benefited from environments where underage girls were routinely objectified and commodified, and he frequently inserted himself into those settings.

He claims no wrongdoing. But his proximity, access, and apparent indifference raise a critical, unavoidable question:

Did Donald Trump knowingly participate in or enable the procurement of underage girls?

SO WHY DOES TRUMP WANT PEOPLE TO STOP TALKING ABOUT THE EPSTEIN FILES?

In 2025, as the Epstein files began resurfacing and circulating publicly again, Trump called for people to “move on” and stop discussing them. But the real question is: why?

Because the files connect him to people, places, and events that mirror his own patterns of behavior. Because they document the exact networks of power and access he moved through for decades. And because those files force people to ask questions that he cannot answer without incriminating himself politically—if not legally.

Trump doesn’t want people talking about the Epstein files because they shine light on a system he was not only close to, but arguably helped construct.
