Tiger-Mill Project Town Hall

  • Walla Walla City Hall, Council Chambers 15 N. 3rd Avenue Walla Walla, WA 99362 (map)

The City of Walla Walla will host a town hall where residents will have the opportunity to share their questions and comments regarding the U.S. Forest Service's Tiger-Mill Project. The town hall will take place from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2025, in the Council Chambers in Walla Walla City Hall, 15 N. 3rd Ave.

At the event, USFS and City staff will share information about the project, and members of the Walla Walla City Council will share what they learned on their field trips to the Mill Creek Watershed and their USFS fire fuel reduction tours. This will be followed by an opportunity for members of the public to comment on the project.

People with questions or comments about the project are encouraged to submit their feedback before the town hall occurs. Receiving questions and comments ahead of time will assist the City Council in their presentation, and their discussion on submitting a letter to the USFS. (Not all questions and comments will be addressed.) Discussion and approval of the letter is expected to be on the agenda of the Nov. 5, 2025, City Council meeting.

Feedback should be submitted by 5 p.m. on Oct. 7, 2025, to ensure sufficient time for review and consideration, but submissions will continue to be accepted until 5 p.m. on Oct. 14.
