Tim is an Economist, corporate facilitator and finance consultant who serves on the city's Parks, Recreation, and Urban Forestry Advisory Board, and as Operations Chair for the Board of the Walla Walla Arts Collaborative.

Tim has spent his career growing teams and leaders within large organizations, where he built trust across stakeholders with competing interests by making complex processes understandable.
